With nearly 34 years of experience in
San Francisco real estate, Blanche’s clients value her for her
exceptional knowledge of the market place, her outstanding negotiation skills,
and her professional approach to an often emotional business. As a perennial
Top Producer, Blanche is known throughout the community for her honest and
sensible counsel. No matter what neighborhood or type of property, the common
denominator in every transaction is the satisfaction of her clients. As Blanche

Born in Montreal, Canada, Blanche speaks French fluently. She moved to San
Francisco in 1957, where she had a successful career in public relations,
advertising, and political campaign consulting before beginning her career in
real estate in 1976. She joined McGuire Real Estate in 1990 and has been a
consistent Top Producer. She is an avid fan and supporter of the arts,
especially opera. Blanche serves as a board member of the Merola Opera Program
since 1990. She has formerly served on the boards of California Association of
Realtors, Friends of the Urban Forest, and Performing Arts Workshop. She is
currently a member of Russian Hill Neighbors, San Francisco Performances,
Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center, SPUR, SF Opera Guild, and the Metropolitan
Opera Guild. Blanche is a mother of three children; all raised in San
Francisco, and has six grandchildren.
